Dashboard

The Dashboard is the owner's home screen. It shows a notes pad at the top, then one card for each part of the business you actually use: who is working, your people, leave, tickets, workshop jobs, money owed and VAT to pay. Cards for modules you have not switched on are not shown.

The Dashboard with pinned notes at the top and the Who is working card, showing people clocked in by location and since when.

What it does.

  • Notes pad

Jot down quick notes with a title and a body. Pin the important ones to the top.

  • Search and export notes

Search your notes once you have a few, and export them to a PDF in the same order you see them.

  • Who is working

See how many people are clocked in, finished today and hours worked, by location, with each person's start time. Needs Time & Attendance.

  • Your people

Staff on the books, locations and departments, with a count of staff per location. Needs Employees.

  • Leave at a glance

Who is off today, how many requests are awaiting approval and leave days taken this year by type. Needs Time & Attendance.

  • Tickets summary

Open, overdue and urgent tickets, plus a clear warning when a ticket is routed to a department with nobody in it. Needs Tickets.

  • Workshop summary

Open work orders and the total number of jobs. Needs Workshop.

  • Money owed

The number of unpaid invoices and the total still owed to you, after payments and credit notes. Proformas are not counted. Bars show invoiced sales for the last 30 days and what is owed to you by age.

  • VAT to pay

The «VAT to pay» card shows VAT on sales minus VAT on purchases for today, this month, your VAT quarter, this year or any dates, with a bar per day or month. It counts invoices, credit notes, expenses, supplier invoices on goods receipts and till sales, so it works without the Accounting add-on. Choose your Cyprus VAT quarters in Settings › Money › VAT periods and the card reminds you before the deadline. It appears when VAT is on in Settings or your documents carry VAT. An estimate until you file.

  • Money overview card (with Finance)

This month’s net sales, net result and VAT to pay, each compared with last month. One tap opens the full Money overview.

  • Daily report every evening

At the hour you choose, Flow sends today’s figures next to the same weekday last year, or the same date: sales, invoices, payments received and new customers, plus till sales, deliveries, customer orders, stock value and sales per van when you use those modules, the top 5 items and month to date. Set it up in Settings › Account. It goes by e-mail to the owner’s verified address and up to 5 extra addresses that confirm, as an app notification, and to Telegram through your own bot (set up once with @BotFather). Off until you switch it on, and it needs data kept in the CySo cloud.

  • Only the modules you use

Each card appears only when its module is switched on, so a zero always means a real zero.

  • One tap to the detail

Every card links straight to its full screen, and a button opens the calendar.
